Shipping Policy

All orders will ship within 1-3 working days from the date of payment. All packages will be sent via POSLAJU/NINJAVAN/JNT. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This doesn't happen often, but it can happen.

If the shipping address is different from the address provided through Shopify or PayPal, please contact the seller prior to payment. If the Shopify and PayPal addresses are different, and no special instruction has been provided, we will send the order to the address provided through Shopify.

We process orders Monday - Friday and post out via POSLAJU/ NINJAVAN/JNT. Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).

For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel

Q: How long does the delivery usually takes?

Delivery usuallly will takes about 3-7 working days. Depends on Courier.

Q: Currency used for purchases?

All product transaction in Ringgit Malaysia (RM/MYR) only

Q: Can I change my order or cancel once it shows in shipping status?

Orders that are in shipping or shipped CANNOT be changed or canceled.

Please refer to sizing chart provided (in Inch)

Q: Order from different outlet, the shipping charges is different?
YES, postage from different outlet requires different rate of postage. For example:

ITEM Outlet A: Rate Postage SG: RM 40 
ITEM Outlet B: Rate Postage SG: RM 40 
Total Rate Postage : RM 80
